Over the past week there have been a few assistant coaching moves. Late last week it was announced that Lafayette has hired Ian Moore as a volunteer assistant and Pat Tracey has stepped down as associate head coach at High Point. These are just two changes.

Ian Moore will join Pat Meyers inaugural staff at Lafayette as a volunteer assistant. Before coming to Lafayette Moore was an assistant and interim head coach at his alma mater, Ursinus. Prior to his coaching stint at Ursinus Moore was an assistant coach at Arcadia during the 2015-16 season. Moore also worked with United Lacrosse from 2013-15. Moore played at Ursinus where he graduated in 2015.

High Point associate head coach and offensive coordinator Pat Tracey has stepped down from his coaching duties. Tracey has been at High Point since the 2011-12 season. Prior to coaching at High Point Tracey was the defensive coordinator at UMBC for four seasons. Tracey also had coaching stints at Dartmouth and his alma mater, Goucher. Tracey was a player at Ohio State under now UNC coach Joe Breschi. Tracey played at Ohio State with High Point head coach John Torpey.

There are still many coaching positions that remain open. Expect those to be filled later in August and as we turn to September and Fall Ball gets underway.
