Over the past week a few commitment have been announced as Cornell and Hobart both picked up 2019 commits. We also saw Albany and Bryant added to the list of offers for Stepinac (N.Y.) A/M junior Kevin McKenna.

St. Paul’s (Md.)/Baltimore Crabs 2019 attackman Troy Barthelme announced his commitment to Hobart. Barthelme was committed to Air Force until decompiling back in December of 2018.

The 6-foot-7 attackman can dodge and moves very well all over the field. He is very good a dodging from behind the cage at ‘X’ and being able to do an inside roll to get to the cage. Mixed with his dodging ability, Barthelme is a great passer and can also finish inside and rip it from midrange. A  basketball player as well, you can see that influence on his game for sure.

Cornell has picked up a commitment from 2019 midfielder Michael Jackman out of HardCor (Ont.)/Oakville Buzz Jr.A. Jackman is the 13th player to commit to Cornell in the 2019 class.

With that box lacrosse background Jackman should be able to fit into Cornell’s offense very well with the style of play they have on the offensive side of the ball. Jackman can shoot, feed, and dodge from multiple spots on the field. He is also pretty good in transition as well.

2020 Archbishop Stepinac (N.Y.) attackman/midfielder Kevin McKenna has picked up offers this week from Bryant and Albany. McKenna is a dual-sport athlete playing football and lacrosse. McKenna also has offers from Marist, Utah, Stony Brook, and Sacred Heart.
