The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) has announced that they will make a stop in San Jose, CA on August 10th and 11th. Avaya Stadium will play host to the PLL during their stop in San Jose, CA.

San Jose is the eight city that the PLL has announced they will visit during their inaugural 2019 season, which kicks off on June 1st in Boston, MA. San Jose will be the second city in California that the PLL will visit this season. San Jose joins Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Baltimore, and Boston, and Washington, D.C. as host cities for the 2019 season.

Avaya Stadium will play host to the PLL during their stop in San Jose on August 10th and 11th. The stadium is the home of the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer (MLS) and seats 18,000. This makes Avaya Stadium the fifth MLS stadium set to host the PLL during their 2019 season.

Being the second announced stop in California, the PLL is bringing lacrosse to a buzzing and growing lacrosse fan base on the west coast. San Jose is just one city that is part of a swing towards the west coast for the league.
