With it being spring break week in Kentucky we didn’t see that many games at all. The only teams that even played were St. Xavier who took a trip to Virginia, North Oldham, and Covington Catholic.

St. Xavier took a trip to Virginia and played three games from Monday through Thursday, leaving with two wins and one loss. The Tigers started their trip off with a a 15-7 win over Collegiate (Va.) on Monday and then lost to 16-6 to a tough Norfolk Academy (Va.) team on Wednesday. St. Xavier finished off their trip on Thursday with a 25-4 blowout win against Bishop Sullivan Catholic (Va.).

North Oldham went up to Ohio and took two blowout losses. On Wednesday the Mustangs took a 15-2 loss against St. Charles (Ohio) and on Friday they lost 18-3 against Hayes (Ohio). The Mustangs are now 4-2 on the year after their trip to Ohio.

Covington Catholic went up and played La Salle (Ohio) on Wednesday. Despite the game being tied 2-2 at the end of the first, Covington Catholic fell 8-5. The Colonels are now 2-4 after the loss.
