As there are just a few weeks left in the regular season, things are starting to heat up in regards to playoff implications. This weekend there are a few big conference and non-conference matchups. One of the biggest games of the weekend is Army vs Navy as they meet on the lacrosse field for the 100th time.

Marquee Matchups

Virginia @ Duke

The Cavaliers travel to Duke for a noon ESPNU game on Saturday. Virginia looks to stay undefeated in conference play while Duke is looking for their second straight ACC win after getting things back on track last week.

UMass @ Towson

A big game in the CAA as two of the top teams in the conference square off. UMass is looking to avenge an upset loss against Hofstra last weekend, while Towson looks to keep rolling in CAA play and remain at the top of the conference.

Ohio State @ Johns Hopkins

Two teams that are trending in opposite directions. Ohio State looks to get a big conference win and get things back on track after taking two straight losses, while Johns Hopkins wants to keep things moving in the right direction as they have finally found their stride.

Syracuse @ North Carolina

It’s another big ACC matchup as the Orange travel to take on the Tar Heels. Both squads seem to being playing their best lacrosse at the moment, and they would both like to keep it that way.

Loyola @ Boston U.

The Terriers are looking for the upset as they welcome in the Greyhounds for a big Patriot League battle. It’ll be a game that features two of the nation’s best scorers in Pat Spencer (Loyola) and Chris Gray (Boston U.).

Army @ Navy

Who are you going with? It’s a big rivalry game that could have some big implications in the Patriot League as well. These two teams meet each other for the 100th time.
