On the latest edition of the Lacrosse Bucket Podcast, Tanner breaks down some of the biggest news from day one of NLL Free Agency, in addition to a few notable pieces of news that were announced earlier this week.
Some of the biggest signings from the first day of NLL Free Agency involved goalies. Georgia’s Mike Poulin signed a three-year deal to stay with the franchise, and Angus Goodleaf has signed a two-year deal with the New York Riptide, leaving Rochester as they ship over to Halifax and become the Thunderbirds next season.
In addition to those two goalie signings, Zack Greer has come out of NLL retirement after just one season, and has been franchised by the Colorado Mammoth. Also, Buffalo, San Diego, Rochester, and Saskatchewan all made moves to kick off the NLL Free Agency period.
