Princeton offensive coordinator Pat March is set to be hired as an assistant at Syracuse. March replaces long time Syracuse assistant Kevin Donahue who announced his retirement last month. College Crosse’s Chris Jastrzembski first reported the hiring.
March comes to Syracuse after spending three seasons at Princeton as the Tigers’ offensive coordinator. In addition, he was an assistant for the Atlanta Blaze in the MLL this summer. He also spent three seasons as the offensive coordinator at Vermont prior to coming to Princeton, and has also made stops at DIII’s Dickinson and Roanoke.
At Princeton, March lead an electric offense quarterbacked by 2019 Tewaaraton finalist Michael Sowers. Princeton’s offense has finished in the top 10 in scoring offense. Princeton finished second in scoring offense in 2017, third in 2018, and tied for 10th in 2019.
A 2010 graduate of Roanoke, March helped lead the Maroon’s to an NCAA Quarterfinal appearance during his senior season. He is also the Maroon’s fourth all-time scorer.
