Key Games

2/22 vs Villanova

The Pride took the Wildcats to overtime on the road last season, losing 10-9. Hofstra will be looking for revenge and a quality win in this one. This will be the 16th all-time meeting between these two squads. Hofstra leads the series 8-7.

2/25 @ Stony Brook

The Long Island Rivalry. Both squads will bring there A-game to this one as they battled it out for the 11th time. Stony Brook won last year’s meeting 11-10, scoring in the final minute to secure the win. Hofstra leads the all-time series 6-4.

2/29 vs LIU

Moving up from DII to DI this season, the Pride have a new Long Island foe in LIU. They will get a look at the Sharks in late February, and this could become an interesting yearly matchup and maybe warp into another rivalry on the island.

3/28 vs Towson

The Pride open conference play against CAA power and reigning conference champions: Towson. Hofstra only lost by one-goal to the Tigers last season, and will be looking for their third win over Towson since 2015.  Also, this will be the 51st meeting between these two programs with Hofstra holding a 27-23 series lead.

4/4 @ UMass

One of the Pride’s two conference wins last season came over UMass- who was ranked #17 at the time- in an upset 10-9 overtime victory. Hofstra has just two wins in five meetings with the Minutemen since 2017. In 46 meetings all-time, UMass holds a 25-21 series lead.
