Redwoods LC head coach Nat St. Laurent has signed a contract extension with the club that will run through the 2021 Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) season. St. Laurent announced the news Friday afternoon on Twitter.

Named one of the inaugural six head coaches in the PLL in the spring of 2019, St. Laurent also serves as the head coach of DIII Ohio Northern. He led the Polar Bears to a 13-5 record during the spring of 2019.

Serving as the head coach of Redwoods LC during the inaugural season of the PLL this summer, St. Laurent led Redwoods to the PLL championship game where they fell to Whipsnakes LC in overtime.

In addition to leading Redwoods LC to a stellar inaugural season, St. Laurent showed his prowess as a general manager, as well, pulling off the biggest trade of the summer when Redwoods traded for all-star attackman Jules Heningburg on the first day of the Trade Window.

Coming into the 2020 season, St. Laurent and his Redwoods squad look to be serious PLL title contenders once again.
