PLL Announces Week Five Stop in Texas

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) has announced that they will be making a stop in Frisco, Texas., at the Ford Center at the Star on July 4th-5th for week five of their 2020 season. 

This announcement comes just one week after the league announced that they would be heading to Baltimore, Md., for week four of the 2020 season. Wee five will mark the PLL’s first ever trip to Texas. 

“As we expand our team offering and grow into new markets, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be headed to Texas in 2020,” said PLL Co-Founder and CEO Mike Rabil in a release from the league. 

The Ford Center at The Star is home to the Dallas Cowboys practice facility. The stadium has also hosted high school football games, lacrosse games, college basketball games, and more is the past. Additionally, the stadium served as the home for the Dallas Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse from 2018-2019 and hosted the MLL championship game in 2017.


Week 1: Gillette Stadium – May 29-30

Week 2: Fifth Third Stadium – June 6-7

Week 3: Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium – June 13-14

Week 4: Homewood Field – June 20-21

Week 5: The Ford Center at The Star – July 4-5
