Saturday marked the first full Saturday slate of the 2020 college lacrosse season. And yes, we had some craziness as always.
In a very competitive battle between Richmond and Maryland, the Spiders thought they might have had the W in the bag, but the Terrapins were able to tie things up late in regulation and force sudden death overtime. A second overtime was needed an a Logan Wisnauskas feed to Anthony DeMaio led the game-winner for the Terrapins.
Elsewhere in the Old Dominion, Virginia was able to subdue a late push from Loyola to take down the Greyhounds.
