Key Games
2/12 @ Boston U.: The Warriors opened their season up against the Terriers last season in what was the first ever meeting between the two in-state foes. Boston U. won last year’s meeting 15-12 in a contest where things were all knotted up at 12 before a late three-goal, game-winning run from the Terries. This matchup could very well become a intriguing yearly in-state battle between these two.
3/19 @ Bryant: Merrimack played eventual NEC champion Bryant twice last season. In their first meeting, Bryant crushed the Warriors, 20-8, and the second time around Merrimack kept things a lot closer, falling 11-10 in a game in which they kept things within a goal practically all game. A win over Bryant would be huge for this program.
3/26 @ LIU: Both Merrimack and LIU moved up from DII to DI and into the NEC prior to the 2020 season, which will forever make these two programs linked in some way. Merrimack won their meeting last season, 14-10, in a game in which Christian Thomas went off for six goals. With the storylines behind these two coming into the season, this should be another exciting battle.
