Key Games

2/26 @ Penn State: Yale ends their February slate against the Penn State, whom they have some very recent history win. The Bulldogs and Nittany Lions faced each other twice during the 2019 season. Yale won the first meeting by one, 14-13, in the regular season and their second meeting 21-17 in the NCAA semifinals. Yale beat Penn State 12-10 during 2020. This will likely be an early-season test for both of these programs.

3/26 vs Princeton: The last time the Bulldogs played an Ivy League schedule was in 2019. They beat Princeton 15-10. But with both of these programs coming into the season with high expectations, especially after how the Tigers looked in 2020, this game could be a lot closer and more meaningful. Yale hasn’t fallen to Princeton since 2015.

4/30 vs Harvard: The Bulldogs end their season against rival Harvard. These two have history going back over a hundred years, but the recent history of this series has been dominated by the Bulldogs who has won the past two meetings soundly in 2018 and 2019. Harvard’s last win over Yale came in 2017. This will be the first time Yale has faced a Gerry Byrne-led Harvard team.
