Key Games

2/18 @ Air Force: The Colgate Raiders will open their 2023 season on the road against the Air Force Falcons. Last spring, the Raiders hosted the Falcons in a game that yielded an 11-8 Colgate victory. It was a goalie battle as Colgate’s Matt LaCombe made 19 saves in the game while Air Force’s Jason Rose made 16.

3/11 vs Navy: Colgate’s first home Patriot League game of the season will come against the Navy Midshipmen, whom the Raiders lost to narrowly, 11-10, last season on the road. This game looks to be one of early tests in league play for the Raiders, and especially so with some of the talent they must replace on offense.

4/15 vs Lehigh: Last spring, the Raiders ended the season with quite a strong run. That included an upset, 9-8, overtime victory over the Lehigh Mountain Hawks. Playing Lehigh late in the season once again, this will be a crucial contest that could very well have postseason implications – and possibly for both squads.
