Key Games

2/11 @ Jacksonville: The Blue Devils’ first road game of the season will come in the Sunshine State as the Blue Devils travel to take on the Jacksonville Dolphins. Duke got upset at home against the Dolphins last season14-12. Duke found themselves down 10-5 late in the third and was unable to put together a successful comeback. Duke will be looking to flip the script in 2023.

3/5 @ Syracuse: Duke opens up ACC play against the Syracuse Orange. Last spring, Syracuse knocked off Duke 14-10. Now in 2023, Duke and Syracuse will play twice with this early-March contest being the first. It will be Duke’s first meeting against this new-look Syracuse squad.

3/10 vs Loyola: A 12-10 loss against the Loyola Greyhounds last season proved to be one of the Blue Devils’ losses which held them out of the NCAA Tournament. Duke trailed 10-2 at the half before somewhat putting things together late in the game to try and force a comeback. Duke will be looking to get back in the win column against the Greyhounds, and especially so after last season’s contest.

4/1 @ Virginia: The month of April opens for Duke with a contest on the road against the Virginia Cavaliers, whom the Blue Devils will play twice in 2023 with both meetings coming during the last month of the season. Duke’s best game of last season came against the Cavaliers as they earned a 17-8 victory. This will be one to circle for sure on the ACC calendar, being a meeting between two of the ACCs best and most consistent programs in recent years.
