Week 11 is in the books and there is just one week in the regular season remaining.
While I don’t have an official vote, here is a look at my own personal top 20 after week 10 of the 2023 season.
Let’s Go!
1. Notre Dame Fighting Irish (9-1)
Notre Dame earned a dominating 16-9 victory over North Carolina.
2. Duke Blue Devils (11-2)
Duke had a bye week last week. They will face Syracuse this weekend.
3. Virginia Cavaliers (9-3)
Xander Dickson (7G/2A) tied his career high of nine points in a dominating 19-12 victory over Syracuse.
4. Cornell Big Red (10-2)
Cornell pulled away from Brown in a 16-9 victory where CJ Kirst carried the Big Red with nine points off six goals.
5. Penn State Nittany Lions (9-3)
The Nittany Lions topped Rutgers in a big 14-5 win to help them earn the top seed in the Big Ten.
6. Johns Hopkins Blue Jays (11-4)
In a back and forth battle, the Blue Jays defeated rival Maryland 12-11 to snap a five-game losing streak to the Terrapins
7. Maryland Terrapins (8-4)
Maryland fell to Johns Hopkins in a 12-11 thriller to end the regular season.
8. Georgetown Hoyas (9-3)
Georgetown extended its winning streak to nine last week with a dominant win over Loyola during the midweek slate and St. John’s on Saturday.
9. Army West Point Black Knights (9-2)
The Black Knights defeated Navy 11-6 in a contest where Reese Burek had four goals and AJ Pilate headlined a strong defensive day for Army. It was Army’s first win over Navy since 2019.
10. Villanova Wildcats (10-3)
Austin Fraser put home the game-winner to send Villanova past Marquette in overtime.
11. Delaware Blue Hens (10-3)
Delaware topped Drexel 18-13 to remain unbeaten in CAA play,
12. Utah Utes (9-4)
The Utes topped Cleveland State 19-12 for their eighth consecutive win and to stay unbeaten in ASUN play.
13. Michigan Wolverines (6-6)
Michigan poured it on against their arc rival as they beat Ohio State 19-14.
14. Saint Joseph’s Hawks
The Hawks beat UMass 11-10 to stay unscathed in A10 play.
15. Rutgers Scarlet Knights (8-5)
Rutgers fell badly to Penn State to wrap up its regular season.
16. Vermont Catamounts (8-4)
Vermont trounced UMass Lowell 21-3 to stay undefeated against conference opponents.
17. Boston U. Terriers (9-3)
18. Yale Bulldogs (7-4)
19. Jacksonville Dolphins (11-3)
20. Syracuse Orange (8-6)
