Every school, program, and coaching staff is different in terms of their resources and what they can offer. This leads to various different ideals about what is most important. But in general these rules can be followed by programs year to year, and across all divisions.
These are my personal thoughts and opinions on some guidelines and rules that college coaches need to follow in order to build a great roster and have success on the recruiting trail.
Without further ado, here are the six rules I personally think can help build a great roster and make a program successful on the recruiting trail. There are a total of six articles in this series and a new one will drop every Sunday for the next six weeks.
