Tuesday Recap: Dartmouth’s Defense Stifles Vermont For Third Consecutive Win

Daniel Hincks grabbed an off-the-mark bouncer from Brock Haley with 28 seconds remaining to earn his 20th save of the day and end any further Vermont effort in the final moments, effectively securing the 8-7 Dartmouth victory. The win marks the third consecutive for Brendan Callahan’s program.

2022 Schedule Preview: Dartmouth Big Green

The Dartmouth Big Green are the 17th DI program and second in the Ivy League to release their 2022 men’s lacrosse schedule. The Big Green only played two contests last season, losing to Tufts (DIII), 15-9, before beating St. Anselm (DIII) 20-6 in a season-ending scrimmage.

Can Dartmouth Take Another Step Forward in 2022?

During the Brendan Callahan era (2015-current), the Dartmouth Big Green have only eclipsed two wins twice, once coming during Callahan’s first year in 2015 (5-8) and the other coming during the shortened 2020 season (3-1). While things haven’t exactly taken off under Callahan, the improvements are noticeable.

Dartmouth Lands Elite Georgia Faceoff Man

Brendan Callahan and the Dartmouth Big Green got some good news on Sunday, as Blessed Trinity, Ga., junior faceoff man Wilson Van Buren announced that he would be taking his talents to Hanover in a few years. Van Buren also heavily considered Richmond and Boston U.
