2022 Schedule Preview: Notre Dame Fighting Irish

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are the 73rd DI program and fifth from the ACC to release their 2022 men’s lacrosse schedule. The Irish are coming off a 2021 campaign in which they went 8-4 overall (3-3 ACC) and ended their season in the NCAA Quarterfinals against Maryland.

2022 Schedule Preview: Holy Cross Crusaders

The Holy Cross Crusaders are the 71st DI program and the ninth from the Patriot League to release their 2022 men’s lacrosse schedule. The Crusaders are coming off a 2021 campaign in which they went 2-4 (1-3 Patriot League) and saw their season cut short. It was year one of the J.L. Reppert era.

2022 SoCon Preview

The SoCon lacrosse enters a new era in 2022 as the conference will not have Air Force and Bellarmine as members for the first time since the conference added the sport. Additionally, Hampton has joined the conference. This shake-up will change the landscape of this conference a bit for sure, but overall we should still see the big three of Richmond, Jacksonville, and High Point sit above the rest.

2022 Patriot League Preview

Last season was a unique one for the Patriot League. Not only did the league opt for an alternate schedule that split the conference into two divisions, but they then went back and forth on what the postseason would look like. Lastly, the conference tournament was shortened due to Loyola having a positive COVID test so Lehigh got to claim the title.
