2022 Schedule Preview: NJIT Highlanders

The NJIT Highlanders are the 29th DI team and fifth from the America East to release their 2022 men’s lacrosse schedule. The Highlanders are coming off a 2021 campaign in which they went 1-10 (1-8 America East) against a conference-heavy schedule. 2022 marks the Highlanders second season and first normal one in the America East.

Don’t Expect Much From NJIT in Their First Year in The America East

Since taking the field for the first time ever in 2015, where they ended the season with an 0-12 record, the NJIT Highlanders have won a total of six games. And only once (2019) have they reached two wins in a season.
