The Boston U. Terriers have landed a commitment from 2020 Cardinal Mooney (Fla.) /SweetLax attackman JP Jackson. The undeniably quick attackman is the sixth player to commit to Boston U in the 2020 class.
With the quickness he possesses, Jackson can be a threat multiple spots on the field. He is able to get by defenders and sprint to the cage. Jackson is able to gt it done as a dodger from behind the cage at ‘X’, and on the wings as well.
As a shooter Jackson is able to put the ball in the back of the net multiple ways. Jackson can turn the corner from ‘X’ and finish inside with a defender draped on his back. He can also sting the net when shooting on the run downhill, as welll as when he is set for a time-and-room shot.
His vision and IQ is very good, as he is able to find the open guy from pretty much anywhere on the field, and in multiple situations. His crisp passes and vision make him that much better as an attackman.
Jackson is the sixth Boston U. commit in the 2020 cycle. He joins a class at Boston U. that has two attackman already in Brendan Wilcox out of Baldwinsville (N.Y.) and Tommy Jepson from Delbarton (N.J.).
