After eight seasons at the helm, Mike Daly has stepped down as the head coach at Brown.

The school announced the move on Tuesday afternoon.

The news comes following a 2024 campaign where the Bears went 3-11 overall and 2-4 in Ivy League play. Brown missed the Ivy League tournament for a second consecutive season.

Daly’s tenure at Brown culminates with a 46-51 overall record. The Bears went 18-19 in the Ivy League under Daly.

Brown made the Ivy League Tournament in every season except 2024 during the Daly era. The Bears were the Ivy runner-ups in 2017 and won the league regular season title in 2022.

The 2022 season is the only under Daly in which Brown made the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to his arrival in Providence, Daly served as the head coach at Tufts where he helped guide the Jumbos into NESCAC and DII power status. He won three NCAA DIII titles with the Jumbos.
